You are going to need to buy a whole new video card in order to support 
Open GL. There's no way around that. I recommend an ATI PCI card with 
32MB of Video Memory. The 7000 will do. I have seen it as cheap as 96 
bucks.  But if you can find the older discontinued Radeon PCI card, it 
happens to be a personal favorite of mine.
