I had a similar thing happen twice following my installing some mamory the G3 didn't like. While I explained my problem to a friend over the phone, for want of something better to do, I swapped keyboards (MacAlly to regular G3) keyboard from the computer, problem solved. I replaced the MacAlly keyboard again no problems. It occured once more a few days later. Unplugging and replugging the keyboard freed matters again. ( I had tried all the usual possibilities before the call)
Some 'smart alec' suggested that there was too much information trying to get from keyboard to computer. :-) (-8(I) Amber Rhea wrote: > Hi everyone, > > Well, I am officially stumped. Booted fine, went through the "Your > computer did not shut down properly..." screen.
