OK, I located a guy that has at least dropped a Gigabit E motherboard in his
B&W case  with what he described as "light" modification.  I will post the
details  when I receive them form him.

The powersupply is still the kicker..needs to be a 22pin power supply ( at
least for the gigabit m.b.  still checking for the QS and DV ), and they
arent easy to find    but they can be found under $100.  has to do with a
trickle current that needs to be sent in order for it to start up...or
something to that effect. ( also checking on possible PS mod to compensate
for it )

Im done for awhile  gonna kick back and wait for info to come in, sort it
out  and make a move from there.

still looking for an early christmas =)

oh another tidbit    you need at least the gigabit mb in order to run dual
processors ...seems apple was up to their ole' crippling tactics on the
earlier agp boards. < some type of added chip to prevent the addition of the
double processors >
