It's not compressed it's Binhex encoded to prevent the files being 
damaged by non-Mac platforms. Benhex tends to make file larger than 
they actually are.

It is not designed for stock Apple hardware, only ATi RETAIL items.

Most likely the over-clocking as the RagePro is not a great card so the 
emphasis would have been on the CPU.
