Craig,

I had a similar problem on my desktop G3. I am using the onboard 
montior port. I can only input audio, but not video from my video 
camera. I tried a tower G3 with the same card and Apple Video Player 
(6.3, I think) on Sys 9.1 and both video and audio imported just fine.

I'm curious, are you using a tower or desktop Beige G3? I had given up 
on my destop.
