In regards to Linda/Polkadoter, I have a B&W 300 with one 256Mb PC133 RAM in with three other PC100s' (1x 256 and 2x64), and mine reading as it should (640 total). What does the total memory read under "about this mac"? I've had an incident with system profiler where it wasn't showing the proper model number for a SCSI card I used to have. Just a thought.
