I'm not clear on the relevance of the PB and iMacs. Are they all 
running OS X?

Since the drives don't show up in Disk Utility and the card does show 
up in ASP, I'd say your only real option is an email to OWC tech 
support. As a curiosity, if you have access to a 10.2 install disk, you 
might try booting from that install disk and running its Disk Utility 
to see if an upgrade would help.
