I just upgraded from 8.6 to 9.0.4. Now I can't use my CDRW (internal Yamaha
8424EZ, an IDE drive). When I boot up the CD tray on the CDRW drive ejects.
If I push the tray back in (using the button on the front, pushing it in
manually won't work, it just ejects again), with or without a CD inserted,
the G3 freezes and I have to force start it. The drive shows up on the
system profiler, but not on drive setup, Norton, or TechTool.

G3 266 minitower; Mac OS 9.0.4; Rev B; 640 ram

Any ideas??

Thanks,
Bonnie
