Just use a regular stereo headphone to 2x RCA adapter, such as you 
might use to plug a CD walkman into the back of a home stereo.  If 
you already have one of these A/V cables (they're used for the A/V 
out port on an iBook, aren't they?), sure, use that, but the extra 
plug is redundant if you out buying a new one.
