Now that it seems as tho my firewire cable is sufficient and hooking it up to my video camera/computer show that it is recognized in the Apple Profiler, how do I proceed from here? I have turned on the camera and tried a few different things, but the software that came with the camera needs to recognize the camera a a removable media disk. Without the camera actually showing up on my desktop, I can't select it to transfer video from.
