First off, if you know how to reset the CUDA, I would do it (it's a button on the logic board usually residing close to the CPU). Then check the sitting of the CPU. Then check the connections for any extra PCI cards or IDE cables that may have come loose. now - if that fails - after leaving the computer without use for about 30 minutes, try to start it back up again. If it works the fan on your Power Supply has quite possibly died. Good luck.
