I found enough stuff on the web to figure it out myself. Took all of 10
minutes. I removed the jumper block. Used a straightened paperclip to push
out jumpers P2 and P4. Used a sharp X-acto knife to cut out the middle
divider of P1 to make room for one of the 2 jumpers I took out. Popped the
jumper block back in and booted up.

Now running at 300/66/33 instead of 266/66/33
