There shouldn't be any conflict between your usb card and your Radeon, 
but I'm not sure about having the ATTO thrown in as well.  My Radeon 
7000 works fine with my OrangeMicro USB/Firewire with nary a conflict 
from the time I dropped it in.

What Radeon drivers are you using?  I stuck in the Oct. 2002 Jag update 
off of Radeon's site....
