Then you're not running an affected application, or haven't noticed. In my case it was a 3D app that uses OpenGL heavily for display while working in the modelling window; every time I would click on something, the entire modelling window would go white for about a half second before redrawing, very slowly. Very VERY frustrating. Re-applying the 10.2.2 to 10.2.3 updater fixed my display problems. This has been noted in some other applications, and esepcially in games.
