Aloha
        Here is a site that I have used to get my LW 16/600 up and 
running properly again.  They sell repair kits and instructions for a 
lot of different printers. If you don't see your model listed, send 
them an email.  They  saved 2 of our printers from the dump.  Picked 
up one that was headed for the dump, got the repair kit for $40 or so 
and we are very happy.
