That was my first impression but it seems that a different pattern of led's are mentioned in the manual for fuser failure. The fuser roller is getting hot. It may be a fuser control issue, but the fuser lamp is working.
I was researching the manuals tonight and ran across a section mentioning that there was a revised cartridge sensor that was supplied to correct some similar problems.
