I think you've rather neatly proven that your system cannot be 
overclocked to that speed. Jeez you're tying to run it at nearly a 
third faster than it's rating....these chips are rated at specific 
speeds for a reason.

Keep trying and you may find, to your chagrin, that it won't even run 
at *under*clocked speeds.
