i gotta say, i'm so unimpressed with the performance of macromedia's mx suit
(and indeed a majority of other apps) that my next upgrades probably gonna
be in the direction of a pc.

don't get it! i'm sat behind a duel 867mhz with 1.5gig of ram running osx!!!
it's not like this machines long in the tooth or anything!
if theres something that i've set up wrong, i'd sure love to know what it
is...
I have a G4/400 and most apps run reasonable well - EXCEPT MS WORD! When I double-click on a doc it starts up Word and the doc is displayed BUT it takes 15-20 seconds for the Formatting Palette to appear and I can start working. Not the kind of response that is acceptable.
