I have a G4 Sawtooth AGP 400MHz and I have some odd behaviour I wonder if
anyone can shed any light onto...

#1
At regular intervals the screen switches off and then back on again,
as if the computer was going to sleep, but that is not the case as it'll
happen at any time, while I'm actually using it or if it's just left on.

Sleep works fine and I think it is unrelated.

The screen is a SONY Multiscan 100GS (15") and has never shown
and I'm using the standard ATI AGP video card that came with the
Mac.

The second query relates to the same G4 where at regular intervals
a short buzzing sound can be heard from the Mac. It lasts for a couple
of seconds and is quite subtle.

I once read about something similar in a reader query in Mac User (UK)
but the answer was crap...
