epson C82

[Kurt Appling]

Hi all,I need to ask about an epson c82 printer I purchased several 
months ago,its sits idle and off most of the time, it has 4 separate 
ink tanks,when I first got it performance and clearity were 
outstanding, but not my pictures look muddy and out of focus, I tried 
change to a new set of tanks, I underwent all off the resets and nozzle 
cleaning, no change, are thee nozzles part of the tanks? or located in 
carriage? if so can I manualy clean them? I got it from best buy, but I 
hate to take it back if its something common and simple, thankyou for 
the help
