Chris, I think that may be the problem, the chips do seem tall! I reset the logic board and just got a grey screen, will try to reset cuda switch and take out Tall memory. What did you do with the tall memory? i am on a limited budget and would like to use them or trade for low height memory or even hack the case a little to make them work. i am assuming if i can run the mac with the case open the chips are the culprit, is this correct? Then I can try to make the case close and still have enough clearance for the memory. I think the tall mem are 128mb each but am not sure. thank you for your help jeff __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
