Thanks for this - I had read this but, as I am a OSX user, I couldn't find the ROM revision number, since it doesn't appear in that system's ASP. Found it by using OS9's ASP.
Mine is evidently a $77d.45F6, (though it was a 333MHz machine before the Sonnet G4 500MHz zif) so should be OK on that count?
One more question: will using the trio get rid of the 'ist 8gig partition' rule for installing a system?
