Frustration is running amok. I have a rev. 2 B&W. I put a 30 GB Maxtor drive into it and installed Panther. Worked great. Took out the drive installed it in a Rev 1, reinstalled Panther and it worked fine too.
So...I put a 80GB Western Digital into the Rev. 2 and installed Panther. First disk no problem. Second disk repeatedly gives me a problem. Software errors encountered - or some message of this type. I put the drive in a rev. 2 - same problem. Tried a "copy" of my Panther disk - similar problem. Always on the second disk, but not always in the same place. Any thoughts?
