Troubleshooting:

In Directory Addess (Applications/Utilities folder), what services are turned on?

In the Sharing preference panel (System Preferences):

        1) What Services are turned on?
        2) Is the Firewall turned on? If yes, what ports are allowed?

How are your PCs and your Mac being assigned their IP addresses? Are they all on the same subnet?

Turn on windows sharing in the sharing panel. Then the PC's can see
your computer via Network Neighborhood. Log on with your username and
password, and you can see your home folder. You can also set up guest
access, and then you can see any files in any user's public folder.

I did this already and they don't show up on my PC's. I have
searched/browsed in Network Neighborhood and the mac doesn't show up. I
have even tried to go to it directly by typing in the UNC name...says it
can't be found. I also tried installing AppleTalk Protocol on my PC and
that didn't seem to make any difference at all.
