It pulls up the Finder with a Network icon. I can click on that, and it pops up an error message that says "The alias "?" could not be opened, because the original item cannot be found".
In finder click on the Go > Network menu item...I suspect you'll be pleased ;-)
That network icon looks like it's a shortcut, has a little arrow in the lower left corner?
