Instead of ranting at me, why don't you just spin up the code needed to get Entourage to clear the SBC authentication?
I don't use SBC or Entourage, so I have no way of accessing your SMTP server to see what it's doing -- hence my request for the log...
You're asking us to debug this problem blindly. We need information. You have to be our eyes... In the alternative - stab at the settings blindly until you find one that works. Bill's reply sounds like a good start.
