no clue how to do this, but the Error Message I include a few posts back was cut and paste, not paraphrased.
The microsoftified pablum of an error message is useless. It's like having your other half tell you the car won't go, without telling you he/she/it forgot to open the garage door.
You need to see the actual transaction - what Entourage did and how the SMTP server reacted.
As to "no clue how to" - RTFM.
