Beige G3/266 (G4/466 ZIF), OSX 10.2.8 I purchased a couple of albums from iTunes a few weeks ago.
Between downloading and burning to CD, I had to perform an archive and install to correct some problems. After the archive/install, iTunes refuses to burn my new albums to CD. I emailed iTunes customer service and they replied that I would have to call Apple's tech support number. Tech support told me to deauthorize my computer through the advanced menu then reauthorize it. I did as he said but when I went to reauthorize it, there was no "authorize" selection in the menu. I went ahead and tried to burn the CD anyway but got the same "this playlist cannot be burned to CD" (<-paraphrased) dialog. When I told this to the tech support guy, he said that he would have to charge me if I wanted further help. I have been through the iTunes helpfiles and Apple's knowledge base but can't find any answer. Any ideas? Anyone? Eric in Phoenix __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
