sorry, that should say i'd be very surprised if it was the logic board.  

i've seen 2 pc power supplies fail after moving across town, some of them are very 
cheap
and fragile.  logic boards on the other hand, in my experience, are fairly robust in
storage and shipping, in fact of over 20 computers i have none have ever had logic 
board
problems and several have had power supply problems.  power supplies are also the most
sensitive to aging as the capacitors age even in storage, though not as quickly as in 
use,
but they can and do dry out or otherwise fail in storage.
