Here's the deal.
I was going through storage closet at work, and took out an old B&W G3. The problem is it won't boot up. The computer powers on, but that's it. No start up chime, no video signal, nothing. I have tried swapping out ram, a new processor, video card, resetting the CUDA switch, new PRAM battery, zapping the pram, resetting the mother board, and I also verified the Power Supply is working. (Nothing) I think you know where I'm headed. The motherboard looks hosed. This computer worked fine when it was in use, so I'm not totally convinced. But stranger things have happened.
Is there anything I'm missing, before I declare this baby dead.
I think the B&W has the processor jumpers to configure bus and CPU speed. Make sure these are correct.
Try removing everything you can, including all the RAM (You should get the broken glass or car crash sound).
Make sure the Power supply is working fully. I had one that the 3.3V power went down on and that kept it from working.
