I see something, wish I missed before. When I power on the computer, the light flashes for one second on the CD-Drive. When I press the CD tray, it won't open. It may just be the Power Supply. I tried unplugging it, and reseating it. No Go. I'll see if I can locate a spare.
Try unplugging the IDE cable from the CD-ROM drive and see if it will open or not. If it doesn't then it's either the power supply or the CD-ROM drive.
