Open Terminal, then type "cd /usr/bin". The specific command on that website can be run by copying the text from the webpage, opening terminal and pasting the command in and running. No need to navigate to /usr/bin.
Be careful with commands that require "root" access. Doing something wrong can be devastating when logged in as root. Commands like "su" or "sudo" requires root access, and when you run it it will ask for your admin password. The "su" stands for Super User. Tread carefully.
