Found the Senators site.
The page does not work in Konqueror, either.
Looks like they are trying to hide the ultimate destination of the form or something. 
I have no idea what the script means.
I would say the message does not really mean anything, it is just what the programmer 
told the alert to say. Mozilla is a "version 5" browser.
You might tell the Mozilla bug report people about it.
