Thanks to all who helped on my browser issue. I am happy with Mozilla 1.3.1
but have had my first encounter with an incompatable web page. It is the
Legislative Issues and Concerns Form of Senator Evan Bayh. The rest of his
site works normally, including his Request For Assistance On Matters Of A
Personal Nature Form. I frequently contact numerous members of Congress and
may run into this again. The error message I receive is: Java Script
Application, This page does not support your browser. A browser version 4.0
or higher is required!

As a test, I tried it with Netscape 4.75 and that one works, but the page
size is scaled up too high. And, of course, it has been working with
Explorer 5.1.5.

Is this a form of Microsoft monopolism, or is it due to some error that the
webmaster can easily correct? I want to complain and scold if this is a
case of Microsoft favoritism, or just point out the problem if it is
something else. For purposes of exlaining my situation to the webmaster,
which version number of Netscape is the one which shares code with Mozilla
1.3.1?

While on the subject, what are possible error messages which I will see when
I try to access a Microsoft-only page?
