Hi All!
I have an iBook G4/OS X 10.3.4
I was updating software and trying to check my Yahoo mail at the same time. I had not been on very long and suddenly, across the menu bar, I see that it is scrolling, "Disconnecting". However, upon checking further, the Internet Connect menu says it is still connected. Software update keeps going and completes.
The only way to get the "Disconnecting" to stop scrolling is to restart the computer. Luckily that is what I needed to do after the updates and that is the only way out anyway.
This "disconnecting" scrolling text has happened before , even when I was not doing an update.
Can anyone tell me what's up? Why does it do this and what can I do to keep it from happening again?
Thanks,
Danielle S.
