Was that a G4 Zif perhaps?
If so you probably did not run the G4 enabling script available from OWC and other sources. The B&W will not run a G4 processor with out it!
To get your G3 350 running again you need to pull out all of the PCI cards, memory, Zif, and PRAM battery. Unplug the machine, hold the CUDA switch for 30 seconds and let the computer sit over night. Put it back together in the morning hit the CUDA switch again, plug in and it should start up.
