Sure as long as the one who dials up has Jaguar or Panther on it and you have 
an ethernet network.

Just Sign on with your X computer and to System Preferences:Sharing and turn on 
internet sharing. Let it know you are sharing the dialup connection over the 
ethernet. Then on other computers just set Network to ethernet and DHCP server 
on OSX machines or TCP/IP to ethernet and DHCP Server on OS 8-9.

I shared my iMac Dial up with another iMac and a Powerbook before I got 
broadband.  It really wasn't that bad.  All three could be on AIM and doing 
mild browsing without too much lag. Of course any downloads choked things for 
everyone but my son would many times be playing Starcraft on Battlenet at the 
same time my wife had a chat room open and about 10 IMs going  without either 
lagging.
