Those IPs belong to porchlight.ca, presumably that's your ISP, if so you should be using mail.porchlight.ca to send mail (SMTP server), pop.porchlight.ca to receive (POP server). (Actually, both of these resolve to 66.59.162.173, but it's better to use the names in most cases.) See <http://www.porchlight.ca./smtp_auth.htm>.
