I bought a G4/500 upgrade for my B&W from OWC and had problems getting it to
work. Though their technician worked closely with me, I was unable to get
it to work. I sent it back (paying the return shipping myself) for a
replacement. OWC paid shipping on the replacement. They were very helpful
and fair in dealing with me. I don't buy as much as many of the folks on
the list but my dealings with OWC have always been first rate.
