ahem, the G5 will not boot OS 9. startup in 10.3 as normal....put in the OS 9 CD and run the install. that will put it on your computer. I think you could probably do a custom install and leave off a lot of the clutter. Then go to system prefs and chose your OS 9 folder. You shouldn't even have to reboot.
But, why you would want to soil your pristine G5 with OS 9 is beyond me.
