If you're talking isp, are you talking about a dial-up, dsl, or other? That you pay yearly seems odd, too. The ones I'm aware of bill monthly. You're not maybe talking about web hosting or something like that, are you?

Sorry about my ignorance. I do mean isp and I use dial-up. If it's proper to mention the name, I'll do it. It's Erols and I've used them for several years. They always bill me per year.
