Allow me to probably repeat previous statements: it's
the SW.
My ADSL is great, but something called
"ads.pointroll.something" (used by Yahoo) can stall
the fastest connection hard-ware wise (fireball HDD,
Adaptec 68-pin SCSI on a 33 MB PCI bus powerMac
running 9.2.2, or even a WS Series II with 512 MB Ram
& 10.3.7 using any browser -
(Wamcom (Classic Mozilla), Firefox, Explorer, Safari
1.2, iCab).
