I bought 3-256 Mb sticks for my B&W from OWC. Good prices and quick shipping. The cheaper OWC brand works just fine, at least in mine. And just FYI, the LiteOn CD-burners they sell also perform very well in the B&W, but it takes the PatchBurn program to allow it to be used by Finder and iTunes.
