I have a 19" Samsung Syncmaster CRT. I love it. Had it for over 5 yrs and no problems at all.
I did a search for "Samsung Syncmaster" on google (and froogle) and found they now make LCDs too. Generally you'll get a CRT for much less than an LCD and the CRT is usually much larger for the money.
