Don't need to bite it James, the model I am referring to is the same model
Danielle referred to in her original post. It won't be helpful if I gave her
info on a model she isn't working with.
Personally, I have found those types of public forums you mentioned as a
terrible waste of time. Often it seems a place for users to vent about the
terrible service they are getting from Qwest!
