I downloaded Open GL Extensions viewer also. What were the rest of the
settings you used? Just varying the monitor resolution changed my
results by up to 400%.

I played with 9 different settings on my 9200 card. I used a
benchmarking program called open GL extensions viewer. I made 5 passes
over each setting to get an average. Here are the settings and the
benchmarking results:
250 / 200 100%
250 / 210 101.35%
275 / 200 101.43%
275 / 210 102.85%
290 / 210 103.36%
290 / 215 103.58%
300 / 215 103.13%
300 / 210 103.12%
295 / 215 103.94%
So as you can see, once the processor hit 300MHz, the average
benchmarked speed (5 different tests) was slower than that at 290MHz.
I
then went to 295MHz and experienced the best score. So an 18%
overclock
on the processor and a 7.5% overclock on the memory resulted in the
card
testing 4% faster. I will look for other benchmarking utilities, but a
4% increase for free is acceptable by me. Im guessing that 300MHz just
makes the processor run hotter and therefore less effectively. So, I
assume better cooling could allow me to get to maybe 310MHz. Ive
decided not to overclock the memory further, but that seems like it
would be the only thing I could do right now for possibly a better test
score. I will research into a voltage mod and cooling for the RAM as
well. Well, I just may try 295 / 220.
