Isnt the Ultra ATA port the one that the harddrives are normally hooked up 
to, whereas the CDs connector is labeled as an IDE port?  Anyway, The drives 
were hooked up as they normally were, just no DVD/CDRW (because its connector 
was 
removed).  So Im confused because a bus that was not modified in anyway now 
seems to not be working.
