My neighbor has a g4 tower.
I don't have all the specs in front of me but
it has a dvd drive in it! (it came with it)
she is running os 9
I think it is a G4 (AGP Graphics) Sawtooth
I believe she has like a 350 mhz processor and I will have to check
on the ram.
She is considering buying a new imac g5, but in case she decides not
to, we are trying to see what options of upgrades there are for her.
I would like her to upgrade to Tiger OR at least Panther.
I don't know where her original disks are.
Questions are
what would be a low end upgrade.... if you had to do one or 2 things
before you installed x what would you do?
The computer freezes often, I can't figure out why.
I would LIKE to just delete everything off the disk but she will
still need os9 to run an older version of quickbooks.
Any suggestions would be GREAT!!
