I had a similar problem with a D-Link wireless router one time and
tried all sorts of things to get it working. Found a firmware update
available from D-Link. Installed that and it solved the problem. Not
sure if the firmware just needed to be upgraded, or it had become
corrupt, but whichever it worked afterwards (and still is).
Forgot to mention, I have a Linksys BEFSR41 ver. 2 - 4 port router here
that I only used about a month before getting the wireless D-Link model
that I am willing to part with cheap if yours turns out to be bad.
