But was looking for an EASY way to get past the 'You don't have permission', 'You don't own this' problems when trying to get rid of, primarily, foreign language files, (That I HAD told the installer NOT to install.) One way that seems to work most of the time when 'dragging to Trash' gets a 'can't do that' message of some sort, is a 'Right Click' on the file, and choose 'Move to trash' from the context menu.
